All our products are made in US-based, FDA-compliant facilities. The labs that produce our supplements are either cGMP or NSF-certified, meaning they are subject to external audits to ensure that production is consistent and meets our high quality standards.

No. You can still shop at regular prices as a non-member.

BUT since you'll each product is between $4-17 cheaper with a membership, you can make your subscription worthwhile with as little as one order, so most customer decide to become members before shopping.

To become a member, all you need to do is set up a monthly subscription. Once set up, you'll receive instructions on how to create a username & password, which will let you sign into the member shop.

Instead of adding huge mark-ups on products for our members, we run our operations on a monthly fee and give them access to all products at cost.

That means our members get exclusive access to all our products at wholesale, which is especially valuable if you tend to buy a lot of health products.

You can cancel your membership anytime by going to the member portal and clicking the manage membership button. Here you'll see any active or expired memberships related to your account.

To cancel, click see more details for the membership you would like to cancel to find the option. When you cancel, you still can continue to shop until the end of the period.

We ship across the US and use USPS to make the service available in all states and as many zip-codes as possible. We, unfortunately, do not ship internationally today and can't deliver to any military bases.

We do our best to ship your items within 48 hours but please allow 2-5 working days to process the order. You will get a shipping confirmation with a tracking code as soon as your order is shipped.

For big orders - some of our members order many products at once. That's all good (go for it!). If your order contains 10+ items, please allow 3-10 business days for us to process the full order.

Once the order ships, it usually takes 1-4 working days to arrive by mail (depending on where you live).

Right now we don't offer express delivery since our members prefer to keep prices low and wait an extra day or so. If you think we should change this, let us know! We want to hear feedback from members and non-members alike.

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout and depends on the weight of your order. These rates are one-to-one with the rates we get from our vendor, starting at $4.50 for orders weighing up to 0.5 lb.

For bigger orders, the shipping cost is $5.50 for 0.51 lb - 0.75 lb, $6.50 for 0.76 lb - 1.0 lb, $8 for 1.1 - 2 lb, $10 for 2.1 - 3 lb, then +$1 for every additional pound.

You can! You'll first get an order confirmation with a link to your order summary, as soon as the payment has gone through.

Once the order is processed, you will also receive a shipment confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Things move pretty quickly once we the order has been placed so we can't guarantee any cancellation or changes to it, but if we catch it quick enough we might still be able to make it happen.

We offer a money back guarantee for any order under $200. All you need to do is get in touch with our team through the live chat or info@nudenutrition.org within 30 days to to arrange for the return and we'll refund you the full amount.

If it's a question of products that are damaged in transit, please send a photograph and a brief explanation of the problem so we can work with you and our partners to get you a replacement.
